CIS technology - Haute couture of photovoltaics
Significant progress in photovoltaics requires advances in technology which save money. Thin-layer solar cells have this potential because they use economical manufacturing processes and require little material. Würth Solar in cooperation with EnBW is developing the CIS thin-layer technology in Europe so that it can go into production.
