Programmes

EnBW has standardised the documentation for the issuance of bonds on the money and capital market. Two programmes have been launched for this purpose:

• Commercial Paper Programme: Issuance of unsecured bonds on the money market with a maturity running from 1 day to 364 days
• Debt Issuance Programme: Issuance of medium- and long-term euro bonds on the capital market
