Notifications   

Currently there are no notifications according to Section 15a (1) Securities Trade Act (WpHG) at EnBW.

Section 15a Securities Trade Act: Publication and disclosure of transactions   

(1) Persons who perform management tasks for an issuer must, within five working days, notify the issuer and the Federal Agency of own transactions in shares of the issuer or in financial instruments, in particular derivatives, relating thereto. Persons who have a close relationship with such a person shall also be subject to the obligation pursuant to sentence 1. The obligation pursuant to sentence 1 shall only apply in the case of the issuers of shares which

1. are admitted to trading on a domestic exchange or

2. are admitted to trading on an organised market in another Member State of the European Union or in another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

It shall be equivalent to admission to trading on an organised market if an application for admission has been made or publicly announced. The obligation pursuant to sentence 1 shall not apply for as long as the total amount of the transactions of a person with management tasks and persons who have a close relationship to such person does not reach an aggregate amount of 5 000 euro by the end of the calendar year.
