Document § 10 WpPG

In accordance with the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), all listed companies are obligated to make a document available to the public at least once a year that contains or refers to all information published, or otherwise made available to the public by the company according to the capital market regulations detailed in Sec. 10 Para. 1 WpPG.
