Dividend

At the AGM on 26 April 2012 the EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG shareholders decided to pay out a dividend of 0.85 Euro per share for the fiscal year 2011. Based on the capital entitled to dividends, this amounted to a payout of 207.6 million Euros.

At the AGM on 19 April 2011 the EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG shareholders decided to pay out a dividend of 1.53 Euro per share for the fiscal year 2010. Based on the capital entitled to dividends, this amounted to a payout of 373.7 million Euros. Threfore the payout ratio is 38.0 percent of the adjusted consolidated profit.

At their Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2010, the shareholders of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG have approved payment of a dividend of Euro 1.53 per eligible share. Based on the number of eligible shares, this corresponds to a payout of Euro 373.7 million. The payout ratio is 42.5 percent of the adjusted consolidated profit.
