EnBW Regional AG receives decision on network access charges
Reductions by the Federal Network Agency are not justifiable
Stuttgart – EnBW Regional AG received the decision of the Federal Network Agency on the approved amount of its network access charges. According to this decision, the charges for using the high voltage, mean voltage and low voltage grids applied for, will be lower by approximately 14 per cent than what EnBW Regional AG applied for. The new charges will be effective until 31. December 2007.
The company deems the reduction of the network access charges to the EnBW distribution network, decided upon by the Federal Network Agency, to be unjustifiable. Reasonable network charges are however the basis for necessary investments in the grids. The company is verifying legal measures against the decision of the Federal Network Agency.
