Annual general meeting exonerates Board of Management and Supervisory Board with an overwhelming majority
Karlsruhe. The annual general meeting of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG exonerated the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board with an overwhelming of 99.9 percent of the votes cast.
