Introduction
Thank you for visiting our web page and for your interest in our company and services. Protecting your privacy is important to us. For this reason, your personal data are collected and used only in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act and other relevant data protection guidelines. Our website is hosted in-house. We can therefore guarantee that all incoming data are used only for the purpose specified.

Collecting and processing personal data

If you contact us on www.enbw.com by using an online form we will use 128-bit encryption. If you prefer to use your personal e-mail account rather than the EnBW contact forms, which are secured with SSL encryption, you must take your own security precautions to ensure that your message remains confidential. If you cannot do this, please use the forms provided by EnBW. If an online form is not encrypted, this is due to a technical problem. In this case, we cannot guarantee secure data transmission or assume liability. Access to information
On request, we will inform you in writing and in accordance with current legislation which personal data we hold on you. Moreover, you have the right to change incorrect data or to block access to or delete your data.

EnBW uses the latest technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access. Our security measures are kept up-to-date in accordance with the latest technological developments.
Children
We strongly recommend that parents and legal guardians monitor the online activities of their children. Children should not transmit personal data to us without express permission of their parents or guardians. We do not request personal data from children nor do we collect these intentionally or pass them on to third parities.
