This is how our current application process works:
You will find the link for the online application in the respective job position. Simply upload your CV or apply even faster with your XING or LinkedIn profile. We do not need an extra cover letter.
3. Review of your application documents
We are interested and look forward to taking a closer look at your application. Since we also exchange information about your application with the department where you are applying, we will need some time for this.
4. Getting to know each other personally
If you have impressed us with your documents, we look forward to meeting you personally. This may vary depending on the job position. For some positions, a telephone interview will take place first, for others you will be invited directly to a interview. During this interview, you will meet not only representatives from the HR Department but also colleagues from the respective department. We will inform you about the exact type of interview in advance with the invitation.
5. Feedback after the interview
After the interview, we will give you prompt feedback as to whether we have decided in your favour and what the next step will be. In exceptional cases, if interviews are scheduled for a longer period of time, it may take a little longer until this feedback is received. In this case we will of course inform you about it. After the interview you are welcome to ask our recruiters for personal feedback.
6. Contract documents and onboarding
If you also say "That works for me", we will initiate the co-determination process as soon as possible and send you your contract documents. As soon as we receive the signed contract, our pre-boarding phase begins and the department will contact you.
