The world is currently operating a bit differently and we do not know how long this will last. It is a time of - and also for change. And while we at EnBW have also currently switched to a virtual recruiting procedure, this does not change the fact that we are continuing to do everything we can to get to know you. Because we are continuously looking for employees who have innovative talent and are energetic doers who are willing to take on the responsibility to supply everyone with electricity and infrastructure even in these times together with us.
Our process is digital:
from the online application to the virtual job interview via telephone or video conferencing.
Onboarding in the home office is also possible with us, with many online offers.
We are ready and our recruiting staff are here for you even in these challenging times - currently working from home.
A few general remarks on the virtual job interview:
As a rule, interviews are conducted using Microsoft Teams. You will receive a link in advance with the invitation to the interview.
You can either participate using your PC or via your mobile device.
