AGM formally approves the actions of EnBW CEO Utz Claassen with overwhelming majority

Karlsruhe. With an overwhelming majority of 99,99 % the AGM of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG has officially approved the actions of the company's CEO, Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen. This represents a convincing show of faith in the CEO, who has recently faced a number of defamatory and unjustified accusations.
Individual small shareholders submitted counter-motions aimed at refusing to grant approval to the Management Board. Alongside Claassen, his fellow members of the Management Board and the members of the Supervisory Board of EnBW AG also received formal approval for their actions.
