Information on the result of the audit of the consolidated financial statements and the combined management report of the company and the Group of the 2017 financial year

The condensed financial statements for the 2017 financial year that form part of the Integrated Annual Report do not include the notes to the consolidated financial statements and the declaration of corporate management 2017 of the EnBW Group and EnBW AG including the corporate governance report 2017. The full set of consolidated financial statements – including the notes to the consolidated financial statements – and the combined management report for the company and the Group, both for the 2017 financial year, were audited by KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as the auditor and Group auditor elected by the Annual General Meeting of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG on 8 May 2017. Based on its audit, KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft arrived at the overall conclusion that the audit did not lead to any reservations and issued an unqualified audit opinion.
