Use of forms
If you contact us on www.enbw.com by using an online form we will use 128-bit encryption. If you prefer to use your personal e-mail account rather than the EnBW contact forms, which are secured with SSL encryption, you must take your own security precautions to ensure that your message remains confidential. If you cannot do this, please use the forms provided by EnBW. If an online form is not encrypted, this is due to a technical problem. In this case, we cannot guarantee secure data transmission or assume liability. To find out whether a form is encrypted check whether there is a closed "lock" at the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window.
