EnBW annual general meeting adopts record dividend of 1.14 euro per share

Karlsruhe. The shareholders of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG adopted a resolution at their annual general meeting to distribute a dividend of 1.14 euro per share. Based on the shares entitled to dividends, the distribution totals 278.5 million euros. This dividend distribution is the highest in the history of the group, exceeding the prior-year dividend by more than 30 percent.
The dividend of 0.88 euro distributed in the prior year for the 2005 fiscal year had already been a record.
With its resolution, the annual general meeting approved the proposal submitted by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board.
The EnBW share is listed on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
