Statement by Dr. Wolfgang Schürle, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EnBW
In response to various media reports claiming that there is to be a change at the helm of EnBW earlier than planned, Dr. Wolfgang Schürle, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, would like to state the following (also on behalf of OEW and EdF):
As previously announced, Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen will take over from Gerhard Goll as CEO of EnBW on May 1, 2003.
All other reports are incorrect.
