Karlsruhe. At its meeting last Friday, the Supervisory Board of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG resolved to reappoint Colette Rückert-Hennen as Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Personnel at an early stage with effect from 1 March 2022 for a further five years as a member of the Board of Management.
Rückert-Hennen has been Chief Human Resources Officer since 1 March 2019 and also Director of Personnel at EnBW since 1 July 2019. Her area of responsibility “HR, law and compliance, auditing” covers personnel and executive management, law, auditing, compliance and data protection, regulatory management, boards and shareholder relationships, as well as health management.
EnBW is one of the largest energy companies in Germany and Europe with around 24,000 employees. It supplies around 5.5 million customers with electricity, gas and water, as well as with services and products in the infrastructure and energy sectors. The installed output of renewable energies will reach 50 percent of the entire portfolio by the end of 2025. This will have a noticeable effect on the reduction of CO2 emissions, which EnBW aims to halve by 2030. EnBW aims to be climate neutral by 2035. www.enbw.com
