EnBW postpones Annual General Meeting
Karlsruhe. In view of the spread of the coronavirus, the Executive Board of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, having due regard to all interests and legal requirements and in particular to safeguard the health of shareholders and staff, has decided not to hold this year’s Annual General Meeting as planned on 12 May 2020.
As part of its social responsibility, EnBW is helping to curb the spread of the coronavirus by postponing events attended by large numbers of people.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at a later date. A date will be set and communicated according to the further course of the infection and in accordance with legal requirements.
Postponement of the Annual General Meeting also postpones the resolution on the appropriation of net profit available for distribution and consequently the dividend payment.
