Interested in the energy turnaround?
Then you are at the right place at EnBW. Together we are expediting the energy turnaround - with fun and innovation in a collegial and productive atmosphere. With us, you can contribute your ideas and skills, work across teams and realise your goals and ideas. All of this combined with individual freedom and equipped with modern work equipment. Our mission
We want to expedite the energy turnaround and supply people and cities evermore with sustainable energy in the future. And we are transforming ourselves into a sustainable and innovative infrastructure partner.
We're constantly expanding renewable energies - not only in wind and hydro power - and our modern conventional power plants ensure a stable and secure supply of energy. In order to be able to develop cities sustainably in the future, our subsidiaries are using smart technology to expand their grids to integrate more and more renewable energies into their networks and smart energy systems.
Working together for success
We don't just rethink energy, we make it in new ways. But this can only be done jointly - that's why we attach great importance to working together. More than 21,000 colleagues are committed to the energy world of tomorrow every day. They make a significant contribution to successfully implementing our mission and making our visions come true in the most diverse areas at EnBW. Mutual trust and respectful cooperation is the key. No matter in which team in our company: Each individual is an integral part of a great idea, part of a radical change and part of one of the most exciting and forward-looking topics of our time.
Living diversity
Diversity? Absolutely! At EnBW we believe in a culture of welcome and trust, and value diversity in all its facets and forms. Because diversity enriches - our customers, products, projects and teams. In short: everyone among us. We are constantly developing this culture: In addition to mixed teams, we attach particular importance to increasing the proportion of women in management positions, drawing on the professional experience and knowledge of older employees and enabling lifelong learning, supported by a comprehensive company health system. Including for people with disabilities. Because barrier-free working and support from our representatives for the severely disabled is a matter of course for us.
We want to become even more diverse, whether through our membership in the Charta der Vielfalt, the Initiative Chefsache or as part of the annual Christopher Street Days in Stuttgart. Join us if you too want to make EnBW even more colourful!
Further education and development
Are you ready to rethink things and willing to develop further? Then you are at the right place. We promote innovative working and offer our employees and managers many opportunities for development. In the annual appraisal interview, we determine how each employee can quickly achieve his/her personal goals and how new perspectives can be opened up. Our group-wide competency model forms the basis for requirement profiles, selection criteria and development opportunities and is tailored to the various target groups ranging from trainees to top managers
We support our managers in accompanying employees in change processes and in ensuring the competitiveness of our company in the restructuring of the energy supply with a holistic concept of management development, which gives you orientation in your professional development.
