EnBW Green Bond Impact Report 2019

Ladies and Gentlemen,

2018 saw us break new ground in corporate financing with our first €500 million Green Bond. In 2019, we followed up with two green hybrid bonds for a total of €1 billion. We see the strong demand for these bonds as proof of the capital market’s confidence in our strategy. The equity component of the hybrid bonds also has a positive impact on our rating profile.
