AGM of EnBW AG approves dividend of 0.70 euros per share
Karlsruhe. At the ordinary Annual General Meeting, the shareholders of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG voted to distribute a dividend of 0.70 euros per participating share. This dividend payout is the highest in the history of EnBW AG. No dividend was paid out last year as a result of the Group net loss in financial 2003.
The decision of the AGM was in line with the recommendation of the Group Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
