EnBW Annual General Meeting Agrees on Record Dividend of 0.88 Euro per Share
Karlsruhe. The EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG shareholders decided to pay out a dividend of €0.88 per share at their annual general meeting. Based on the capital entitled to dividends, this amounts to a payout of 214.9 million Euros. This dividend payout is the highest in the history of the company and represents an increase of more than 25 % on the dividend paid out in the previous year.
The dividend payout for the year 2004 already represented a record at €0.70 per share.
The decision of the annual general meeting follows the recommendation of the board of directors and the supervisory board.
The EnBW share is listed on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
