EnBW Supervisory Board expresses its sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen for his extremely successful work - Hans-Peter Villis to head EnBW as new CEO from October 1, 2007
Karlsruhe. Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen and the Supervisory Board of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG came to a mutual agreement that Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen’s term of office as member of the Board of Management and CEO of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG will end as of September 30, 2007.
The Supervisory Board expresses its sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen for his high personal commitment to the company and his extremely successful work, in particular in the restructuring phase.
Hans-Peter Villis was appointed member of the Board of Management and new CEO of EnBW by the Supervisory Board effective as of October 1, 2007.
