EnBW pays out dividend of Euro 0.66 per share

Total dividend payout of Euro 145.9 million for fiscal 2002
Karlsruhe. At the AGM, the shareholders of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG decided to use the balance sheet profit for fiscal 2002 totalling Euro 145.9 million to pay out a dividend. As a result, each shareholder will receive Euro 0.66 per no-par value share with dividend entitlement. The dividend per share is therefore at the same level as in fiscal 2001.
