Stuttgart/Karlsruhe. Following this year’s Annual General Meeting of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, the newly elected Supervisory Board held its constitutive meeting. Earlier, in the Annual General Meeting, shareholders had confirmed their Supervisory Board representatives, approving the nominations made in advance and published in the Annual General Meeting convocation notice.
Lutz Feldmann (64) is once again Chairman of EnBW’s highest supervisory body. Supervisory Board members re-elected the management consultant from Bochum without any dissenting votes. Feldmann has been a member of the EnBW Supervisory Board since April 2015 and its Chairman since May 2016.
Dietrich Herd (60), Chairman of the EnBW Group Works Council, was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, likewise without any dissenting votes. Herd has been a member of EnBW’s Supervisory Board since August 2005.
