    The proceeds from the bond were used to refinance individual projects and investment measures in the electricity distribution network of NetzeBW GmbH from 2020 and 2021. NetzeBW GmbH is a subsidiary of EnBW AG and is responsible for the expansion of the electricity distribution networks in Baden-Württemberg.
