EnBW Annual General Meeting 2026: Resolutions
Stuttgart. At today’s Annual General Meeting of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG ratified the actions of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board for the 2025 financial year.
The shareholders also approved the payment of a dividend of €1.70 per eligible share. This equates to an increase of around 6 percent on the previous year. Based on the number of eligible shares, it corresponds to a distribution of approximately €559.3 million. The payout ratio is thus 39% of adjusted net profit attributable to the shareholders. The dividend will be paid out on 12 May 2026.
In addition, shareholders elected or confirmed their Supervisory Board representatives, approving the nominations made in advance and published in the Annual General Meeting agenda.
Following the Annual General Meeting, the newly elected Supervisory Board held its constitutive meeting.
Lutz Feldmann (69) is once again Chairman of EnBW’s highest supervisory body. Feldmann, a Bochum-based business consultant, received the approval of all members. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board since April 2015 and has been its Chairman since May 2016.
Joachim Rudolf (53) was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, likewise without any dissenting votes. He is Deputy Chair of the Group Works Council for EnBW and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since February 2023.
This year, the Annual General Meeting was again held virtually and publicly broadcast on the company’s website through to the end of the CEO’s speech. All registered shareholders were able to speak and ask questions live during the Annual General Meeting.
