Our path of renewal
With the EnBW Sustainability Agenda, we are driving forward the environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable development of EnBW. At its core lies long-term security of supply in a decarbonized world. In addition, we continuously work to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities and to take greater account of social concerns. Examples include our climate goals, biodiversity measures, occupational safety programs and requirements for responsible actions in the supply chain.

Whistleblower system
Confidential reporting channels
Violations of laws and regulations, for example against sustainability requirements, can cause considerable damage to EnBW, individuals and third parties. To counteract this, EnBW offers various reporting channels through which employees and external persons can confidentially report irregularities.
