NetCom BW, headquartered in Ellwangen, bundles the main telecommunications activities of EnBW AG. With 15,200 km, it operates one of the largest backbone networks in Baden-Württemberg. The company acquired Plusnet in 2019 to expand its business in the nationwide telecommunications market.

As a regional provider, EnBW ODR based in Ellwangen bundles the areas of electricity, gas, water/wastewater, and energy-related services as well as telecommunications (in cooperation with NetCom BW) within the Ostwürttemberg, Hohenlohe and Donau-Ries region.

Düsseldorf-based Stadtwerke Düsseldorf is one of the largest municipal utility companies in Germany. They supply customers in Düsseldorf and the region with electricity, natural gas, district and local heating, as well as drinking water, and oversee waste disposal and street cleaning in the city.

Plusnet, headquartered in Cologne, is a German telecommunications company with its own nationwide network infrastructure and decades of experience in operating all broadband technologies. In addition, Plusnet operates third-party networks, including all network-related services and the entire product and customer management.

TransnetBW GmbH, based in Stuttgart, operates the electricity transmission network in Baden-Württemberg. It controls and monitors the energy flows in the network, oversees maintenance, network planning and network development to secure the power supply.

terranets bw is a supra-regional long-distance pipeline operator based in Stuttgart. The company operates a long-distance pipeline network of around 2,750 kilometers as well as high-pressure gas plants in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse.

ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH is a trans-regional transmission system operator based in Leipzig. ONTRAS operates Germany's second longest trans-regional gas grid with around 7,000 kilometres of pipeline and around 450 grid connection points, and ensures the uninterrupted supply of natural gas.
